Competition Entry Terms and Conditions
UKFJG Floral Designer Photographic Competition
Create a design to be carried at a wedding reflecting the lazy days of summer.

The terms and conditions are set out below, please read them carefully.
- Entries for the competition will open on Saturday 1st June 2024 at 9.00am (GMT) and will close at midday (GMT) on Saturday 31st August 2024.
- This competition is open to anyone.
- Only one entry per competitor.
- All designs must be the original work of the entrant and made unaided by anyone else.
- Images must NOT be manipulated or enhanced in any way.
- All entrants must be the sole owner of the copyright in all photographs or if using a photographer, their name must be stated, and their permission sought to use the image.
- All images are confidential and should NOT be shared before publication of the competition results.
- Images previously used in a competition, may NOT be submitted.
- Entries must have the date the image was created.
- Entries must be submitted via the official competition platform. Entries sent in any other way will NOT be accepted.
- All images must be put in a file by the competitor, named by the competitor and sent via WE TRANSFER to photocompetitions@floristryjudgesguild.co.uk together with the receipt number from your entry payment*
- All competitors must state their name, address, email address, and professional Instagram handle.
- You must provide six images of your design for your entry – 1 Aerial, 1 Underneath, 1 Front, 1 Back, 1 Profile, 1 x Mechanics of Construction – the entire outline of the design must be visible.
- You must provide a headshot of yourself for use in any publicity materials.
- Images must be in high resolution and have a minimum file size of 2mb.
- Images must be sent as a JPEG or PNG
- There will be no Q&A facilities for this competition.
- All designs must be photographed against a plain background.
- Lifestyle/location images will NOT be judged.
- This competition is organised by the UKFJG and is independent to any other organisation.
- Images may be used by the UKFJG and other floral magazines/social media after judging, and winners must be prepared to share their images.
- The winner will be notified on Friday 4th October 2024 at 10:00am
- The Prize will be £300.
- The Prize is non-transferable.
- The Prize will be delivered via Bank Transfer
- The judge’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
